(i) A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;

(ii) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are involved, a representative list of such works on that site;

(iii) Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity, along with sufficient information for us to locate the material;

(iv) Contact information reasonably sufficient for the service provider to reach you, including your address, telephone number, and, if available, email address;

(v) A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and

(vi) A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Please direct all DMCA notices to Mangaowl’s designated Copyright Agent at mangaaowl@gmail.com. It is important to note that only DMCA notices should be sent to the Copyright Agent.

For any other feedback, comments, requests for technical support, or general communications, please contact Mangaowl’s customer service. Kindly understand that failure to comply with all the requirements outlined in this Section 5(D) may result in your DMCA notice being deemed invalid.

We strive to take the necessary actions, such as content removal or modification, within a maximum of 48 hours upon receiving valid DMCA notices.
